One of the biggest incidents happened in university when I got a perfect score on the cumulative final, but failed the class because I didn't do a homework assignment that involved traveling. That forced me to have to delay graduation until I made up those 3 credits the following semester (at my own expense of course). The department, deans, and everyone I spoke to sided with the professor. I was even yelled at by one of the deans for being "arrogant" for thinking I could reverse a professor's decision. The whole thing was so infuriating I considered just not graduating, since I had already found a job by that point, but wiser minds pushed me to not cut off my nose to spite my face, so I swallowed my pride and got those 3 credits.

If you haven't finalized your pilot list, I really think you should consider watching it and it's the essence of what you look for in shows. I'm mainly recommending it so much because I want it to stay on your radar. It'll be a change from the shows that you've been watching but I think you'll like it just as much, possibly more, due to the human drama and slice-of-life moments playing a big role in this series (which is something that you also liked in MHA). If you ever happen to watch it, I think the sub is far better than the dub but it would ultimately be your preference. I'm just extremely passionate about this show and I love it so so much (if you couldn't tell already) and I hope that you can take incredible value from it in the way that I did!

2021-07-31 02:32:36 +0000 UTCThis is one of the episodes where I question who the writers are making this for. I don't think I've ever seen a series where secret identities are interesting. It just poorly done dramatic irony and it's just cringey to watch. I'm happy for Eve though, finding something she's genuinely passionate about, making a difference. I think that's what a lot of people strive for. Also the Nolan and Debbie stuff was great too. You really feel tension whenever Omniman is on screen! It takes a lot of guts and a lot of wine to stand up to Omniman, but big respect to Debbie!
