In Invincible episode 2 Mark struggles with major issues including how to juggle two love interests and how to spell "Earth," and a few minor issues like facing the world's fragile existence. Meanwhile Omniman goes on a pleasure vacation to another galaxy.

I haven't finished the show yet (watched thru ep 3 so far) but I did wonder if that was foreshadowing. It'll be interesting to see what happens.

When we literally just see him destroy an entire planet. When you can't stop the unstoppable the only thing you can do is stall until you can figure out some kind of plan. Stall and prepare.

Mark was holding out that hope that he had saved that lady, but it's clear that heroes can't protect everyone in this world. But it goes to show what a good heart he has, I think. Also it's so interesting to observe how Debbie feels dealing with a superhero husband. She seems to dismiss what's normally a harrowing experience for others. Really glad he miraculously survived that guardians of the globe attack! We need more heroes like Omniman Edit: Also, yes that was the garbage bag he flung into outer space Edit edit: Also, the confusing title card pop up was basically the guy saying "who knows, maybe one day we'll work with INVINCIBLE" it's a gag that the show does to show the title card each episode
