Hello, Patreon indicates that your current tier is set to free. Please make sure that you remain on the intended tier until your receive your in game reward before downgrading. You can reactivate your tier via www.patreon.com/pledges without additional costs as long as it is done before the end of the done. Once on this tier and while you have your game account connected to Patreon then your reward should sync in within 60 minutes.

Hello, It looks like your pledge was not registered in the Patreon API. Please try to cancel and select the same membership tier again before the end of the month and follow the steps in this post. In rare cases we see encounter this glitch however restarting the membership has always fixed this problem so far.

Hello, I have checked but your currency is still set to GBP. Please change your currency to USD at the bottom of Patreon and then resync it to your pledge by following step 1 - 3. Once you resave it it should sync the USD currency to the pledge. Hope this helps.
