Today we wanted to highlight one of the Platinum subscriber features and explain a bit how it works. Multiple Report Analysis (or MRA for short) is available to all Platinum subscribers. They can analyze any reports, and anyone in the platinum subscriber's guild/static can use this feature for the guild/statics' reports as well.

We've noticed some struggles figuring out how to claim your Patreon rewards, so here's a quick guide on how to connect your accounts. If you are still having problems after this, please reach out to us (emails found at the bottom of this post)!
There is two main ways to claim your benefits, either by connecting your Patreon in account settings, or we do it for you automatically by matching your email addresses, but this can take up to 30 minutes to sync.

Happy Summer! Hope you've all had a great time with all the latest game releases. We've been chugging along with a ton of maintenance work on our end, trying to fit in new feature work where we can. The last few months has been packed with game releases, such as Cataclysm Classic, ESO Gold Road, FFXIV Dawntrail, and most recently Phase 4 of Season of Discovery. Some of you may have already found this, but we've built a little ticketing system for support requests that come in. You can reach it by emailing support@warcraftlogs.com, support@fflogs.com, or support@esologs.com respectively. We have a very small support team of one person, but they'll try to get back to you very quickly there. And the ticketing system will make sure your request doesn't get lost in the midst of patreon comments, etc.

I wanted to give you an update on some changes that we’ll be seeing which may affect some of your pledges. Due to new laws passing in several countries and US states, Patreon will be required to start charging sales tax on some pledges starting July 1st.
Less than half of all patrons will be charged sales tax, and for most, the amount will be very small. For example, sales tax rates in the US range from 4% to 11%, so on a $5 pledge, that would...

To get your subscription linked on the Web site, make sure your emails match exactly (no case differences, exact same email address), and wait up to 1 hour for the sync to occur.
Reminder to new patrons: don't expect instant syncing. That's not how it works. I run a sync script once per day, Mon-Fri. If you aren't getting subscribed, it means your email addresses don't match. Fix that, and then when the script runs again, you'll get synced up.
