Patreon Reward Submission Form

Hi guys!!! I recently (finally lol) made a form that Diamond Paw patrons can fill out once your pledge reaches the qualifying amount ( $140 / 14 months )

All info and Rules are in the form - if I can't accept your submission idea / details I will reach out when I can and let you know, so you can re-submit!

PLEASE do not use discord image links when linking References/Images, as images linked outside of the client expire after a few days and cannot be used.

If you qualify for more than 1 reward, please fill out a form for each art reward. If redeeming 2 rewards for 2 characters in 1 artwork, fill out one form.

Any $5 patrons from BEFORE Reward changes on June 5 2024 who qualified for the Reward are still honored. I do have those names written down - so if/when you fill out a form I will be able to cross reference.
