Let me take you on a (up)date

Hey all! Time for another update, but first a link to the hubpage. Go take a look if you haven't for a while.

So as you might know I've been working on a new Teen Titan update. When will it be ready? I'm not as certain about that as when I started working on it. We've had the UFO update last time. Ps. You can get a few of the girls wearing cowgirl outfits in that one. If you haven't made it that far you haven't reached the end yet. Ah! That reminds me...

Some of you are having a bug which prevents you from progressing. It has to do with Terra after she is supposed to stop working at GirlsGirlsGirls! I still haven't been able to get a save file to point me towards the cause of it. It might be some leftover from a bughunt version? I really don't know, but without a save file with that bug chances aren't big I can pinpoint the "leak". That sucks! So I've been looking into a different solution for those who encountered that one.

A while ago I was looking into creating some shortcuts for FET. Ones like where you can jump to the end if you already finished the main story once. Since I did some freaky stuff during FET it has some oddities which make that a bit more cumbersome, but I can do something like it for 18Titans more easily.

So I've been working on implementing something where you can start a new game in 18Titans and punch in a specific name/code at the start which will propel you to the start of the latest addition. That way anyone being caught up in a very stubborn bug, can just "walk past it while giving it the finger". ...or something like that.

In general I prefer having people using their own save files and not doing a skippididooddaah for some very practical reasons, but also because I feel it undercuts the story. Still, if you stepped into a softlock bug you won't care about any of that so that's why I spend some time implementing that. I might take the shortcut out again once the bug is found and taken care of(if it's still in there). I used to just sent people my own personal save files, but that's not always easy when you're playing on a phone etc.

Okay, what was I talking about again...? Oh yeah, when will the build be done! I'm still not certain because this might turn out to be a bigger build. There's going to be new locations and characters and of course I need to get the player there so that all takes a lot of time drawing and setting it up. I miiight (if I really need to) make this build an end of the month release. But only if I can't cut some corners. It would bring me back to my normal schedule and that would be nice too... (just a personal preference)

Oh and just to give you a hint, we'll be going to outer space again. Knowing you guys there are probably already plenty among you who'll know exactly what I have in mind. I mean... you needed even less than that to figure out I was going to include Aunt Wu in the last FET update! I'll drop a shorter update as soon as I can say anything about a date with more confidence.

Off-topic talk. I procured another Intuos 2 drawing tablet! Almost! I'm down to my last working pen because my hands are cursed and I keep dropping them or breaking them in other creative ways. I have an Intuos 3 as a fallback tablet, but... I just really like the old ones. Don't ask me why(unless you reaaaally wanna know). So I'll soon have another ancient piece of tech! Let's hope this one works, because the last one I bought had some kind of drifting problem going on.

I'm still slowly working my way through the ATLA cartoon again and am watching it using my projector. Which really is a great new way to watch it. I should've done this way earlier. Sure the fan is a bit noisy, but with a Bluetooth headphone on, that's mostly not a problem. I'm currently at the point where we left the two lovers cave and are just about to enter Omashu! Kinda makes me wanna included some girls from that nomad group in FET...

I've also been watching some stuff which was recommended to me by some of you.

Fun(?) fact, I basically didn't watch anything which wasn't hand drawn animation for most of my youth and teenage years. I think that's also part of why movies like Harry Potter passed me by unnoticed. Even a lot of 3d animation. I'm currently giving clone wars a chance. Three eps in and honestly, not convinced so far. Feels like it's aimed towards a pretty young audience. Then again it's only three eps so far and some series take literal seasons to pick up the pace. Not certain I'll give it that much time to convince me one way or another, but we'll see!

(pov: you're a boy on the beach and these girls want you to help them apply some lotion. They can't do that for each other... because reasons.)

Text only posts are boring so, I've drawn a couple of good girls this time! Suki and Katara... picking someone other than Katara might 've been a better/more interesting choice, but it's too late to change that now. I've zipped up a nude version and a Futanari version in the attachment. Oh and also a version where Suki has a "carpet". ps... do the colors look overly saturated? I'm looking at these on a different monitor atm and I think one of my screens need some calibration.
