Edit: I uploaded 61 again, but this time I added a few pics (psd etc) which I already used in the Halloween art updates and the Thanksgiving pic for completion's sake. You also need to have progressed in the main storyline. That means talking to Tenzin at night and doing what he asks. That would be helping out the entourage of the Firelord. If that's done, Jinora will visit you at night and that's when things start with her... though you'll first need to do some other things, like visiting her mom the next day, talking to jinora again and buying a blowup doll to fool Tenzin during the night.
