We hit 400 so I've started working on learning animation! I wanted to try 2D rigging animation but I ended up settling on what I think is called puppet animation! It seemed like the best fit with how it works. I split up multiple parts of the image and move them separately to all come together in an animation. It's a lot smoother than drawing it by hand and faster. I should be able to create longer animations when I have the time. I still have some practice I need to get in to get it looking the way I want it to but so far, I'm pretty happy with this! ~14 seconds and not choppy is a win for me!
You may notice this is a lot smaller than other gifs I've made in the past, I want to make sure it isn't too large of a file so I started off the file a lot smaller. My last gif was a massive file that would cause my computer to slow down even tho it was only about 7 frames.
I'll be uploading the much larger illustration in just a moment! So keep an eye out if you are looking for higher rez! (:
