Simply drag and drop the video file onto your ComfyUI interface to load the complete workflow.

Important: IPAdapter had a major update and you will be required to manually replace the existing IPAdapter nodes, use this workflow as your fix reference: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1lHA1K6rC7V31TMzF7b3O20B3ccT5NWum?usp=sharing

I dont think u can achieve it with high details using this workflow, look up liveportrait, u might need to find a workflow that uses both liveportrait and Animatediff, or create it yourself
