Seems he has some sinful thoughts and lusts which cannot be sated in heaven... he dare not share his kink with those so pious as to live in heaven. Luckily, Angel Dust will do just about anything for a few bucks and a line of coke.
Let's hope God doesn't find out what one of his serafim has been up to though, I hear he's the wrathful sort!
