The report stretches all the way back to the 1940’s, and provides a comprehensive look into the ever transforming secret programs created to determine whether or not the truth IS, in fact, actually out there. Two Fox Mulders (Jake & Brad) and one Scully (Travis) pour through the pages of the recently de-classified docs searching for answers. Is the government in possession of actual flying saucers? Or are they just spending lots of money on planes that look like them?
