Blocking Fraudulent Patrons

Though I've been getting some patrons over the last few months, most of them turned out to be fraudulent or declined. Sometimes you'll see a sudden decrease in number of patrons after the 1st of any month and that's probably because of patrons receiving the status of "FRAUD" or "DECLINED" for their payment status and being removed as an official patron by Patreon. Though I am told those patrons that receive such statuses will not be able to view anything that's labeled as "Patrons only", they are beginning to fill up my list of patrons. I am also told these patrons do receive emails from Patreon itself about the payment status. I can only assume these are being ignored for whatever reason.
As of now, I have decided to begin blocking patrons with the payment status of "FRAUD" after a few months. It only seems right after joining my Patreon and then doing nothing.
I'm still undecided about "DECLINED" patrons as very few actually have their statuses changed in months.
