Matured, mother-like, older woman, that is very understanding of what she is capable of, especially by using her body, but she’s still highly responsible, and only does so when necessary. More than half the time she’s tired, or drinking… she’s alcoholic. Why tired though? Well, not because she’s drunk, but because of how much trouble she gets in, or rather, gets others into. She’s sued people, people have sued her… it’s rather confusing, but all you need to know is that her… “size” gets her into a lot of legal issues. She’s also not very strong, regarding her size that may be surprising, but she still is very heavy. A lot of her powers come from the fact that she does drink alcohol, sooooo finding her in a drunken state is never really surprising. Hooter’s is the very soft-spoken type and never raises her voice, like a caring mother. The worst she’ll get is if she tells you off for something wrong you did, as in a slap on the wrist.
“Hmm? Why how nice of you to ask, yes I can give you a quote, would you like a soda? I have almost all kinds, and they’re cold. What? I’ve almost used all my time? It doesn’t matter, your visit was nice all around, here take something for the road if you’re leaving so soon.”
Hooters (Heather) - Hooters is not shy about anything. Their business plan is clear and that's Heather's entire character. She hides **nothing** and there's no mystery to her. She's aware of what she can do, and is accepting of everyone. She finds taking care of people satisfying, and that's what I imagine she intends to do with the player. *cough* perfect for people with mommy issues *cough*
