Okay so this has been sitting in the back of my mind for ages. Every time I see this pic, it reawakens old memories of some book I read ages ago and I'm 90% positive she's a character from it but I can't for the life of me remember the name of the book. Is she frome something specific or am I losing my mind and this is just someone's OC?
