Because it completely shuts down anyone who has cards in their hands, something which naturally you want to try and have because if you don't have cards well you are dead in the water anyway. EDIT: ffs I can't get this to format correctly. A card like Party is her favorite way to attack as it can potentially shut down everyone with no counter play as you can't get rid of the cards during her turn, or you trade away cards right before her turn, leaving you at most with 3 but usually 2 dodges assuming someone else hasn't taken a shot at you or you haven't done anything yourself. Mostly Urumi was considered a ticking time bomb and if she wasn't on your team she would kill you with no counter play. We sent her to our personal banned pile as she simply wasn't fun to play with or against. Oh and if she hit you and you had a 1up in hand? Too bad you can't play it now.

The latest passive says "Players who are at or over their max hand size can’t play cards or activate SSpell Cards during Urumi’s turn." Edit: I remembered we changed her token not her ability. Can you describe the situation that happens?
