Feb Lunatic Tier: Yachie & Sannyo

Yachie is cool as ice, coming with a counter Ability that has twice as many procs as usual, but costs a card to use. Her Spell Card is like a B version of Reisen's "Lunatic Red Eyes", it doesn't work on Spell Cards but adds an attack. Careful with those Seal Aways!
If scary mafia ladies aren't your thing, we have Sannyo the gambling bar owner. And oh boy look at that huge card advantage. Sannyo is a new character concept: She lets other players use her Spell Card, but when they do, she gets a benefit. She's sure to have a huge impact on your games if you can handle her!
