Patreon Early Access: A History of Disney's Broken Theme Park Promises

Hey all!

I know what you're thinking...FINALLY, a Theme Park episode! Not only that, but my longest to date! An exploration of all the times Disney advertised & promoted rides, attractions and experiences for the park, but were ultimately cancelled.

Going further, we also explore what they were going to be. A deep dive into Disney's past habit of announcing additions to the parks before they were set in stone, and why this came to an end. Enjoy!

Per usual, some aspects may change before the final upload such as GFX, narration, Patreon Credits, End Credits, etc....so excuse a few parts that are still rough around the edges.

Probably was that, although I also realized I spelt 'Israel' wrong in one of the gfx...oops!

Yeah I was trying to stick with things that are pretty much 100% dead in the water lol. Or fit the criteria mentioned early in the episode. Thanks for checking it out! Glad you enjoyed it!

Maybe referring to the “5” domestic theme parks in the US in the beginning of the video and showing 6 logos?

Great video! Love how long it is. Were newer things announced outside of the parameters, like Main Street Theater at Magic Kingdom, Mary Poppins and Play Pavilion at EPCOT, etc? I guess because an opening date was never announced for those projects. The new film for China Pavilion was given a date in Disney Parks Blog posts though at least, and that one slipped away unnoticed by most people.

No idea if you'll see this before I upload, but what typo are you referring too?

Yesterworld Entertainment

You’ve got a typo in there. :) Put it in the blooper reel video later!
