Chapter 1: The beginning of the invasion
Team Sissy begins their plan by collecting a swarm of hoppip and members of the evolution line to then sissy evolve and have them spread their sissyfication inducing spores across the wind.
We follow a new trainer who just graduated trainer school after redoing multiple years, so he is now 18. He got a popplio from the professor and is soon to encounter his first wild pokemon. In the background maybe you could see the hoppip swarm dropping their spores. He encounters a sissy skitty, not seeing much issue, he sents out popplio, who quickly gets sissy evolved into sissy popplio, by the skitty using their tail and want to use one of their sissy moves.
Popplio blows some sissy hypnosis infused bubbles at their trainer, who quickly becomes very suggestable to feminine stuff. The skitty lets itself be caught and then the 2 sissy pokemon lead him to the next town over and the guy gives himself a sissy makeover with guidance from his pokemon.
(Maybe this guy and their sissy look would be this regions version of the protagonist male/female character you would pic at the start of a pokemon game.)
