i think it came down to other people. like surely, it wasn't just simon deciding the members even tho he's the ceo. the company is under a much larger company too (avex), i always thought there must've been higher-ups who wanted 7 members or the staff who are with simon have a different pov regarding the dynamic of the group.

That's what happened Simon will just give a bit of info there was not much more to learn about it

2024-03-13 07:30:29 +0000 UTCI don’t know if this is a spoiler but I don’t think Simon ever goes into detail as to why Airi, Hikaru, and Rei weren’t selected. We just see the impact they left on the current members and how they deal with the aftermath. It’s left ambiguous so their image isn’t damaged I think.

Just wanted to let you know that there's one more episode, episode 8 (♾). Not sure if you're aware, but there's one you missed, which is episode XX. It's all about the mastermind behind XG and XGALX, Simon Jakops!
