Birthday month

I'm stuck on what my Birthday themed set should be this month. (The photo is from last years set.)

I like to make a new outfit that matches the background/theme nicely.
The rest of July Rewards are coming and I'm working my way through them as we speak.
Just had some issues with my PC.

I like the previous guys strap idea as the ribbin, whatever your favorite color is,, but use a couple rings in the staps/ribbon and only a couple bows. I love small details so add a crotch zipper with the zipper hanging down from the middle of your crotch with the words "pull here" ;) A pink background to accent you. Maybe theme suspenders and straps around the party blowers with the curled ends, made from latex wrapped round stiff wire. The party blower suspenders from a corset to colourful stockings. Birthday-cake-with-candles could be a good pattern for the cut on a top with candle top/bra straps? You could take it a burlesque direction with party-hat style nipple tassels but that might be too far.
