Scary story! Absolutely horrific! I have also been placed in a container with burning items, and there was immediately a ceiling of black smoke above my head. If I put my hand up in the smoke, it was too hot. We had to crawl out of the container fast. What risks air traffic was exposed to in the 20th century!

Thank you again. One question for your consideration: I would be interested in your analysis of Swissair 111. At a high level, this accident seems very straightforward, but I think there's something to unpack with the certification of the metal insulation and adherence to checklists, which some of have said kept the flight in the air longer than needed (though in fairness I think the consensus here now is that the length of the checklists wasn't really a factor against how quickly the fire spread and degraded aircraft systems). Either way, thank you -- really appreciate the effort this team puts into these briefs.
