Resending March 2021 Rewards
Added 2021-04-04 14:45:52 +0000 UTCSo, I have had some problems with the tool I use to mail the rewards (I use a tool that sorts the CSV list given by Patreon after the billing cycle ends) so I can sort mails by tiers and speed up a bit my work (otherwise it takes a couple hours to set up the 7 monthly mails).
I don't know if the CSV column order or what was changed again BUT what I do know is that there were issues with the rewards this month, like people missing mails and such.
It's the first time this happens, I'm really embarrassed, so I'm going to resend all the rewards and recheck manually to make sure things are right this time. Please forgive all the incoming emails if you had already received yours, just want to make sure things are properly sent now manually.
I apologize for any issues this may have caused, I'll look into these issues on my end to make sure they don't repeat again.
EDIT: There, I have resent everything, if you were on the pledge list for a Pack it should have now arrived without issues. Please do let me know if anything is still missing, but I went name by name now so everything should be fine this time.
Again, sorry for any inconveniences, I'll look into making sure this doesn't happen again.
