I must say, like you guys I watched Queendom as a moomoo & nevie too (and also have only a bit of knowledge about the other groups), but eventually fell in love with Oh My Girl. They are so genuine and cute.

I feel like concept wise it's like this: Park Bom -> Hyolyn (solo artist, only difference was Park Bom was strictly a vocalist while Hyolyn was a all-rounder who started her own company) AOA -> Brave Girls (GG that had a tough journey and this would be their 2nd/last chance to make it big. Go Big or Go Home type of situation) MAMAMOO -> Viviz (formerly GFriend. GFriend had been associated with MMM since their rookie years as both Beagle Idol groups, and they were on 2 shows together, 1 was Showtime, 2nd was Weekly Idol special spring edition) Lovelyz + Oh My Girl -> Loona + WJSN (2 GGs with similar concepts that were in the middle ranks, wanting to showcase themselves more to the general public. Popular but not popular [enough]... if you know what I mean?) (G)idle -> Kep1er (newest/maknae group with very good potential)

2023-01-08 16:30:32 +0000 UTCYeah, I definitely like the original Queendom better. In 2 it felt like they were really trying to force their idea of a story and edit clips together to make the story they wanted. Whereas Queendom 1 felt way more natural.

Because their name is pronounced as idle, which is the same pronunciation as kid/child in Korean, and the place for forever kids/children to stay is Peter Pan's Neverland. :) 2) Lee Dahee is a famous actress and has multiple interactions/links to MAMAMOO. One is that MMM sang in KDramas that Dahee was in, e.g. Search: WWW. (MMM OST song name is WOW. It's reaaalllly good!) Another title of Dahee unnie is that she is the non-official Moomoo President because she's the biggest, most successful Moomoo ever, and she has presented multiple awards to MMM during award ceremonies, and sometimes Moomoos know who the winner was when we look at Dahee unnie's reaction when opening the envelope. Dahee unnie flaunted and boasted that MMM gave her a signed Moobong on IG too. XD here's the link. XD https://www.instagram.com/p/B0hkNoaHhIs/ Also, there was a period of time Moonbyul and Dahee unnie sort of flirted heavily on IG back and forth that it was so fun to read their interactions there. That's why you see Byul's reaction when she first saw Dahee unnie there, and Hwasa was like.. bich, control yourself... O_o 3) Moonbyul first changed their #1 position with Oh My Girl because she's close to a OMG member YooA, where they participated in the mini show Idol Drama Operation Team (IDOT, you reacted to their song Deep Blue Eyes in one of the KPOP streams) back in 2017. (Byul loves cute girls, and she was really smitten with YooA when in IDOT.) XD You can hear and see YooA (the cute girl that said the Qdm producers are cruel in the first part of the show) saying to Byul "unnie!! You can't do that!" when Byul changed the positions. (YooA also invited Byul to do YooA's solo song's dance challenge recently!) Also, Byul eventually (later on) found Hyojung, OMG's leader, to be so cute that she befriended her during Qdm and eventually formed the ultimate Byul Squad, the Egg Yolk Squad, which consist of Moonyul, Seulgi of Red Velvet, and Hyojung of OMG. The next Camping Car with People Onboard episode is about the 3 of them. :) 4) MAMAMOO are Blackjacks (2NE1 fandom)!! They have mentioned time and time again that they loved them and know so much of their songs, Hwasa even cried during one of Gogobebe music show encores (a Moomoo asked H why she cried and H said it was because she shook hands with Park Bom... p.s. MMM wa up against Bom and ggbb won). (she even ran to the back of the stage to sort of calm herself down.. here's the encore stage.. https://youtu.be/T0F8miFfGX8 ) Wheein is the most successful Blackjack in MMM because she got to feature in Bom's solo song! (Bom's producers mentioned the song back when Bom was choosing her song for this round. The song is called 4:44. It's amazing but heartwrenching... TAT) 5) Yes, 1,2,3 Eoi is what MAMAMOO always say before a performance or anything really, they also do that before playing games and it always surprises other singers/groups because it's such a non-girlgroup thing to do. XD 6) Not sure if you noticed, but MAMAMOO always make changes to every single performance they do, and this was the first time they did this version of Decalcomanie, so they had to make sure not to mix it up with the previous day's concert version. Pretty sure there are more things you asked but I haven't replied here, but it's super long already, so I'll stop here. XD Hopefully others can fill you in to the other groups!! I can't wait to watch the rest of the episodes with you all!

2023-01-03 11:11:57 +0000 UTCI changed tiers as soon as I read in the community post that the first episode was available. I loved the reaction. I also enjoyed this season much more than the second. When will MNET learn that letting groups interact in a positive way results in much more engaging shows. I have the impression that in the second season they decided to put more emphasis on aspects of the show (such as competitive pressure, for example) that were not necessarily their strengths. It will be great to see you get to know the members of the other groups more, I think they each have girls with very interesting personalities.

No spoilers, but will say that I feel this one was a very earnest, but friendly, competition where everyone was really excited to show their best. It felt like Season 2, a lot of the competitors felt a lot of pressure being on the show... presumably because S1 set the bar so high! Some context! Park Bom (debuted in 2009 under 2NE1) --- Park Bom had been on hiatus for a bit before returning in 2018. She was still getting back into the swing of things when she came onto Queendom. AOA (debuted 2012) --- Mina just left AOA to pursue acting, so this was their first appearance as a 5 member group. Lovelyz (debuted 2014) --- A pretty well-established group that was 4 years old at the time. They came into the competition, looking to show a different side of themselves. Mamamoo (debuted 2014) --- In their fourth year, very exciting to see Mamamoo competing on a show like this. I want to say that this came in the middle of their biggest years. Oh My Girl (debuted 2015) --- In my opinion, Oh My Girl was one of the most underrated girl groups around and just needed a chance to showcase what they could do. (G)I-DLE (debuted 2018) --- The youngest group, and the lone 4th gen group competing here. They were barely a year old at the time and were fresh off of sweeping Rookie of the Year awards.

At one point, she peaked at 10, she made it to the end but didn't make the final line-up. She then went on to Unpretty Rapstar 3, where she finished 3rd and won all her diss battles. :) 2-"Where's (G)I-DLE?" If this was July 2019, I believe Idle was in New York for KCCON. That's where they did the live "Uh Oh" performance that you reacted to on one of your livestreams. :)

I loved your reactions to Q2 especially because while you’re self confessed orbits you kept an open mind & actually enjoyed all the other groups (although it was funny to see that “we must protect Loona” side come out sometimes 🤣). Can’t wait for you to fall for the 4 performers you don’t know that well! Haven’t watched yet but my predictions are…you will Love Love Love Mijoo (Lovelyz) & her 1 of a kind chaotic energy, you will be (pleasantly) surprised by AOA, you will fall more in love with Yuqi & you will be chomping at the bit to do an Oh My Girl deep dive!
