best blue orb so far

On that note, I wonder how fast that ball of electron soup would rise in the open atmosphere. I guess it would be about the same as a hot arc rising. Still it would look cool. I'm sure you can work on an auto-tracking, self focusing maser to pull that off. Or just a focused beam pointing strait up. Would it be shaped like an upside down rain drop? Would the FCC let it slide just this once, for science?
