Added 2021-01-23 02:11:11 +0000 UTCI'm getting close to finishing my vid on sketchy DIY medical lasers from eBay! This video is quite a bit different than usual and in the vid I test out some dangerous laser gadgets that are sold as cosmetic/medical devices on eBay. The video has two functions. For one, it's a PSA to shoot down some TERRIBLE products being sold on eBay and other sites that get sold as cosmetic/medical devices. The other function is an excuse for me to do some silly things with lasers and high voltage. :D
For the final part of the video I'm breaking out my huge surgical laser. I'll be honest it's not fair to include it among the DIY products as it's a legit system that had many hours of use in a hospital. However it IS a medical laser I bought on eBay, and it makes a great finale to this video.
Oh, I also received my new UV 375nm laser diode, but I'll probably wait to mess with that until I have my current video finished. Stay tuned!!
