quick clip of 100W laser burning wood in thermal vision

The video of my 100W laser has taken a while to film but I keep going back and re-shooting portions that I don't like. I want to make sure I do the laser justice!

I just imagined an Ice Cream Truck driving through a residential neighborhood, then if no kids have come running out, the driver starts a second lap flicking the (horizontally oriented) laser's power switch from the Treat/off position to the Trick/on position.

2020-02-27 12:47:27 +0000 UTCactually that's just the max temp that the thermal camera reads, you can see that it says ">536F" and not just "536F". It's likely quite a bit hotter than that, but I'm cheating a bit since at that point the wood is on fire and burning in oxygen.

2020-02-22 23:36:30 +0000 UTCCorrect me if I'm wrong but that temp of 536 is just how the IR camera interprets the laser color. It's too instant and stable.
