A sad day for my channel
Added 2017-11-01 21:53:51 +0000 UTCI posted my chemical formulary video yesterday and YouTube demonetized it. :( They must not be showing it in suggested videos because it only has 17k views now. Guess YT doesn't like chemistry. (yet cody's lab can show drinking cyanide, which don't get me wrong was friggen awesome, but it irritates me when I can't post chemistry too) To make matters worse, the patron that pledged $1300 a month must have been trying to rope me into some kind of scam because their credit card payment bounced. My total pledges are now $338 a month, which I am still very thankful for but I can't help but be disappointed when I was expecting over $1500.
I'm gonna try getting some good clips of the ruby laser as well as a N2 laser here soon. Gonna hold off on the chemistry vids. If demonetization becomes a common issue in the near future, then that'll be the end of an 11 year run on YT for me.

Sorry about that! My bag was stolen and I had to change credit cards. I thought that the payment had already gone through, but actually it was just a test charge, and then when they did the real charge they had old credit card information. I wasn’t paying attention because I was at my granddads funeral and there was just too much to keep track of. Sorry. I hope you are enjoying your camping trip and will figure up much to do with the money. Patreon just charged me so I assume the money will show up soon.

Then we have a bunch on guitarist being threatened for sharing cover tabs they arranged and YouTube is demonitizing their videos too. The creative side of YouTube community is under so much attack :(
