I remember my expectations for 1985's Sara being rock bottom and then being pleasantly surprised, so it just makes sense that I thought 1987's Showtime sitcom Hard Knocks might be a little boundary pushing and interesting and it actually just ended up being shit. Comedian/Game Designer Casey Malone joined the show to talk about the experience of watching a show get worse and less interesting over the course of three episodes.

Look man, I hate that the show is late sometimes, but then I see something like this and I go "Well, at least I put even a small amount of effort into my show, so it could be much much worse." Genuinely, seeing something like this chills me to my bones: Triggernometry is the most worthless podcast I've maybe I've ever seen, and I can't help but watch something like this and go "Is this what I do? I cut almost all of them out, but I really cannot stress enough how much Chris Pratt just went "Yes. Yes. Yes. Uh huh. I agree." while Bill Maher talked uninterrupted for minutes at a time. And in spite of that, I'd definitely say this was the most giving he's ever been as a conversationalist on Club Random.
