Sometimes we need to work with what we have but I always think "as long as there's a bit of light we can manage". This time was on the line. This editorial was pushed to later in the evening in that hotel room in New York and we literally had 0 light available except the few bulbs you find on any random room, definitely not enough to shoot.
I put the phone flashlight on and pointed it to a white wall to get some light and pushed the ISO of my camera as never before. In my viewfinder all pitch black, I couldnt see one single frame before i got into lightroom and punched the exposure up.
Still, as always, a good model can make anything possible.
