You can get them as a paperback or ebook, and right now it's free to read if you have kindle unlimited.
It's the first of a few things I plan to publish and it's a great resource if you want to try it on a partner, or have them try it on you! These are mostly gender neutral, adapted from my own audio scripts, so they'll be relatively familiar if you're a longtime listener!

I'll definitely check this out soon 👀, self hypnosis has been on my bucket list ever since I knew it was a thing. Is it "just scripts", or are there instructions on how to properly do self hypnosis as well?
