2023-11-14 20:48:56 +0000 UTCAs a Dutch person, Amsterdam is a nightmare when driving, biking or moving about in just about anything that isn’t public transport 😂 I occasionally drive to and from Amsterdam to pick up or drop off my sister and I despise it ( I usually let her drive whenever she can…)

I thought I hated them here in Germany but when Melly and I were in Groningen I was more scared of getting hit by them than by a car 💀 Was the damage to your car so bad that you had to get a new, you know, Lackierung or worse ? Because I think I would’ve cried if that had happened to me

I wish I could be that adventurous. The parking system where you plug in your plate with no ticket is the same in the metro area where I live, it always stresses me out 😅
