Prisoner of a dark wizard + bonus

When he recovered, he found himself in a dungeon. He couldn't figure out how he got there and who kidnapped him. But he soon had an answer to his question when a dark wizard appeared in front of him.
The dark wizard explained that he needed a concubine and that Jack would be transformed into a buxom woman with pointy ears to fulfill his wishes. She started casting spells on poor Jack, who felt his body slowly change. He began to sweat, and his body covered in pink slime that seemed to burn his skin. She felt weak and helpless, unable to do anything to stop the transformation process.
Over the next few days, her body slowly changed. His muscles contracted and his chest expanded, while his legs lengthened and his hands and feet widened. His skin became soft and velvety, and two bumps grew on his chest. Also, her hair grew much faster than before, until it reached a fairly feminine length.
His face also underwent a transformation, with his chin shrinking and his cheeks expanding. His eyebrows thinned, while his lips puffed out and his ears lengthened and cocked into pointed. His nose sharpened and his eyes drifted slightly outward.
After a few days of slow transformation, Jack had grown into a buxom woman with pointy ears. The dark wizard entered his cell, eyeing his creation with a smile of satisfaction. Jack had been completely transformed into a new creature, and the wizard took him in as his new concubine. Jack would never forget the terrible experience he had undergone, but he would survive as a new creature and try to find a way back to his previous life
