Two volumes have been released in Japan so far. There doesn't exist a web novel as far as I'm aware of it.
The first chapter will be split into four parts, or maybe three. We shall see. I'll try to keep up a weekly Sunday release, but as usual when stocking up, the release rate might go up depending on my available time. Of course it also depends on the reception it receives here. ;-)
