Update - 11/2020

Heyas everyone,

I hope you as well as your families are all healthy. :-)

Let me first thank you all for your support. I know that it's a difficult time for many of us now, and thus I feel deeply grateful for your loyal support. It allows me to continue providing you with the novels you and I like so much, hopefully brightening up your days a bit. ^.^

Now, let me give you some reports of what I've been up to. In the last update, two months ago, I wrote to you that I want to catch-up on some stuff, and so I did.

However, I failed to do so for Hakai no Miko. Not because I had no time to do so, but because of lacking motivation. This current arc with so much food stuff, pointless trivia chapters etc. has severly affected my drive with that series as I felt it's not moving anywhere right now. Of course it doesn't help my motivation that the number of readers and comments has significantly dwindled as well. I know that the next arc should get more interesting again as the story will shift back to its main storyline, so I hope I can rally my drive for the series again at that point, and stock up some chapters again.

Not as substitution, but as something I wanted to do for a long while now (June to be precise), I started a new series. It's called D-Genesis. A sci-fi dungeon story, combining comedy, slice of life, lots of technical stuff etc. It's a great read in my opinion. You can check it out here if you haven't yet. As of today I have translated the first 10 chapters. I will officially release those on Saturday this week. At the same time I will stock up on another batch of chapters to include the series into the tiers. Afterwards I plan to release 1 or 2 chapters (depending on length) every Saturday. The illustration above is from the LN volume 2. I think it's not too much of a spoiler, but will maybe kindle your interest!

A short update for all the Dungeon Battle Royale fans: The author has wrapped up the novel at 307 chapters in the raw (we're at 115 or something right now). He mentioned that he has concluded the first season of the novel with this, and that he needs some time to gather his thoughts for season 2. Just a heads up. :-)

Lastly, what do I plan to do next? Well, after finishing stocking up on D-Genesis, I plan to start a real novel (with manga adaption) for the INT LN section. It has 10 volumes, a thriller with a female protagonist. I managed to secure an editor for this one, so I'm really looking forward to it. Afterwards I'm gonna check my weekly available timeline as the total amount of translated works will roughly equal a half average LN volume per week. Considering some official publishers dish out 2 volumes per year, I think I'm not doing all that bad. xD
