That's right, I want to combine both Gym Leader and ace in one post. Mostly to pick up the pace a bit. So for example, I'm looking for ideas like:
"A Fairy-type businessman with a secretary Pokémon!"
"A Poison-type janitor with a regional Smeargle form!"

A grass type specialist who runs the largest greenhouse/plant conservatory in the region. Their ace is a grass/bug butterfly or moth who helps them grow and maintain the large variety of flora in the gym that thrive there.
