What about an eevee with a slick body like espeon and vaporeon but a mane that looks like the vertical wire frame for jolteon’s mane if it was a clothing piece but make them like jellyfish tentacles. That way it could be poison type. Not sure about the body other than longer than usual with grooves and striations idk I’m just letting my ADD roll
