Hidden Details: Cat Quest

Welcome to the one-hundredth-and-seventy-fourth episode of the Hidden Details blog!

Have you found some obscure reference or detail in this comic? A JoJo reference? A sneaky little Loss? A callback to a previous comic? Let us know what you've found in the comments! Every detail that has been found will be added to the list below. Once everything has been found, this comic will officially be marked with "all details found".

Link to the comic for your convenience

Please only comment with ONE hidden detail or reference!

There's one Loss, one Balthazar, one Miep and one crewmate. Bonus comics don't count.

1:
Miep is sleeping in the first panel, although you can only see her tail. Good catch, The Negotiator!
2:
Plant's Arwing says "you have arrived at your destination". This is referencing the fact that the Arwing GPS talked to the pilot before, in the bonus comics.
3:
Kazuya and Plant are hugging in the fourth panel after not seeing each other for a while. Awww. Thanks for noticing, Fighting Master.
4: This week's crewmate is visible in Skeledirge's mouth flame in the fourth panel. Good catch, Spirit of Gotham!
5: On the terminal that Sada uses in the seventh panel, you can make out the word "CATS" and after that "Enjoy your Paradox Pokémon!", as mentioned by Shelby Kinkead.
6:  Paradox Cats come out of the time machine in Master Balls, just like the Pokémon in the games. Good eye, Zanreo!
7: Yeah, in my headcanon Sada and Turo are indeed a couple, Tolis! You can see S <3 T carved into the tree in the fifth panel.
8: This week's loss is visible in the yellow triangles above Incineroar in the final panel. The little white shimmers form loss, as mentioned by Generic Hero.
9: The dogs don't like the new cats, as is dog/cat tradition. Rockruff and Duck Hunt Dog are growling at the new Paradox forms in the final panel, as pointed out by BenjaMan64.
10: Skeledirge can't see what's happening in the final panel, but his birdie can! It's peeking from behind the others.
11: Balthazar/Stubunny/Baltabun is visible behind Incineroar in the final panel.
12: Also the JoJo "To Be Continued" arrow is back once again, as mentioned by Pen Heart!

Also there's a whole bunch of Paradox Pokémon visible in this comic. There's one in every outside panel, actually:

13: A Scream Tail in panel one (A Sad Fat Dragon with No Friends)
14: A piece of Iron Moth is visible in the second panel
15: A small portion of Brute Bonnet is visible in the third\
16: An Iron Threads is visible behind Incineroar in the fourth panel
17: A part of Sandy Shooks is visible under Daisy and Sonic in panel five
18: And an Iron Thorns looking at Sonic speeding by in panel six (Daniel Myhre)

Details that have not been found are marked italic.

Comments

Hey did everyone in smash house forget that Mewtwo is a cat

Alan-Michael White

The Paradox Pokemon from the time machine are in Master Balls, just like how AI Sada/Turo's Pokemon are in Master Balls when you fight them in-game

Zanreo

Nvm, wrong comic. JoJo’s To Be Continued?

PenHeart3

I know I’m a bit late, but didn’t have a son in the TEKKIN series?

PenHeart3

Iron Thorns getting confused by Sonic speeding by

Pokedude14

Balthazar/Baltabun behind Incineroar in Panel 4?

Brandon Digwood

We can see a loving father and son reunion happening in the background how sweet

Fighting Master

In Panel 2, Duck might have been confused because of the double meaning that Sephiroth's warning of "Duck, Watch Out!" could have, and thought that Sephiroth was yelling for someone else to duck.

Lord Circe

The S, heart, and T carved into the tree on the 8th panel. If I had to guess, the S is Sada and the T is Turo?

Edgar Castro

Skeledirge's flames are pretty sus in panel 4

Spirit of Gotham

I like how the computer screen in the second to last panel says “enjoy your paradox Pokémon.” If that doesn’t count as a hidden detail, then Iron Thorns in the background might as well be! …Wait a minute, why are there past and future paradox existing side by side in the first place? Even if this isn’t a hidden detail I would like a form of explanation because this is a bit confusing

Shelby Kinkead

You can see Miep’s tail next to Rockruff in the first panel.

The Negotiator

Rockruff is growling at the time traveling feline Pokémon in the last panel. His dog vs cats instincs are showing.

BenjaMan64

There's a Scream Tail in the background of page 1

A Sad Fat Dragon with No Friends

On the tree you see s💓t probably signifying sada and turo

Tolis

Loss in the final panel, in the white markings above Incineroar on the wall

Generic Hero

Sora says “Among Us” in the 5th panel!
