Sunday piano mediation - no. 45

Hellou everyone, I’ve just come back from a mini tour with Mojo August, whom I play keys and do backings for, and I’m having this post-traveling feeling of being fulfilled and exhausted at the same time. It’s been great and funny, random and weird too haha, but we definitely grew on each other - once you spent 2-3 days in a car together you get to know each other pretty fast. And I’m very happy how well we got along :)

Still I was also very happy to arrive back home and, after I vacuumed the whole apartment (gives me some sort of satisfaction to be honest haha and it was reaaaally needed) I spent one hour taking a bath. That felt soooo good.

So that’s the context in which I then recorded this piece for you, it’s Sunday evening here, kinda chilly, but I still feel the warmth of the bath, I’m enjoying the silence alone at home, and I’m probably gonna watch a movie now. Great stuff. Also I’m super excited to get full on promoting my album now, as I have no other project to play for and work on until then.

Today’s piece is in A major, one of my favourites, with lots of add9 and sus2 chords in the end hehe, still in that phase. I hope you‘re having a relaxing night, sending you all the best for next week!
