Sunday piano meditation - no. 17
Added 2024-01-28 13:06:13 +0000 UTCThis will be the last recording from my old piano lady - which is already at her new/old owners place by now. She (yes, I think that specific piano is female haha) got picked up on Friday morning already, well, at least, that's how it was planned initially. But the logistic company kinda underestimated the size and weight (I'm still asking myself how haha - I mean it is a normal full size upright piano!) of it, so they had to leave it here in the hallway of my building (in the cold brrr!). It looked kinda funny, but also sad there, the reverb of the house was amazing though, I just played a tiny bit on it there to not disturb anyone, but still, hmmm, I just love how real pianos sound, the way how the notes float in the air, how you hear the strings vibrating and the whole mechanic system behind it. Maybe I'll inscribe myself into a piano builder course one day, when I'm 64 or so... ;)
But luckily the story has an happy end - they came back in the evening on Friday, kept it for the night in their storage room and finally delivered it to its righteous owner yesterday. Really happy and relieved that everything fell into place like this. Now I can sort out how to get my new one here, the small pianino cutie. :)
Thank you for reading along and accompanying my life from the far, also thank you for supporting me on my big and small journeys, means a lot!
Have a great day with this F Major Tune, no. 17 (crazy!) - the last improvisation within the first month of 2024. Time flies - so make sure to enjoy it. And if my personal words here can influence that a tiny nudge I'd be more than happy :)
All the best to you!
