There ONE Loss, ONE Balthazar and ONE JoJo reference. Bonus panels don't count.
1: Glad you noticed him Luke! Balthazar/Baltabun is visible behind Cynthia in the final panel. You can also see him come through the portal if you look closely, as pointed out by Aris.
2: The Bokoblin is wearing a little crewmate necklace (normally it's a skull). Good catch, Cameron Devera.
3: And the Moblin has a nice little inspirational quote on his suitcase: "not all those who wander are <loss>". You're totally right, Griffin Seeley!
4: Yep, when I was almost done making this comic, I realized a few characters had Jigglypuff graffiti on their faces so I added Sora cleaning himself, Shelby Kinkead! I wonder how many non-Patrons were confused about this.
5: Dialga is playing the Song of Time in the Hylian invasion panel. Glad you noticed this little detail, John Hattan. Stuff like these are my favourite details to add.
6: Zanreo correctly pointed out that the Moblin and the Bokoblin changed into Mushroom Kingdom clothes for their trip. In this case Mario, Luigi and Toad. I wonder if we'll see these two again if we ever revisit the Mushroom Kingdom.
7: I was totally out of ideas for stuff to hide among the stars, so I opted for a simple Poké Ball this week, Erin.
8: Yep, Zelda is crushing on Link in the final panel. Probably because he's only wearing his underwear, Noah.
9: The Korok from the Hyrule comics I did a few weeks ago makes another appearance, but this time he has a beard because he's 100 years older, as pointed out by ColdSlayerxd. He's sleeping in the tree in the fourth panel, gets knocked out of it in the fifth panel, and leaves together with the Moblin and Bokoblin in the sixth panel. Glad you noticed him, Zach.
10: It's not really a reference to the elixir cooking, but I did think it would be funny to make the Bokoblin and Moblin roast a beetle, Lord Circe.
11: You're right, Trigger! A little piece of garlic escaped from Wario's bag in the invasion panel. It's visible right next to Jigglypuff.
12: Hyrule Castle is indeed visible in the background of the fourth panel, Phloxiana!
13: That's just how Kazuya always looks, John Leonard. He never shows any emotion except when throwing people off cliffs.
14: Yes CSDX! Young Link and Zelda get all excited when Isabelle comes up with the idea to revive Link, and they get sad when the idea is temporarily shut down again.
15: I keep forgetting these things are exclusive to Master Mode since I only played Master Mode, Daniel Myhre. But yes, a Korok started a little business and opened a travel agency to the Mushroom Kingdom using these platforms.
16: Not really, Jeffrey Solis, but I'll give you a point because Wario using his WarioWare helmet during the invasion does count!
Next week, I'll reveal all the details that haven't been found. These ones are written in italic.

Perhaps it's also Baltabun (also, because he's in the next double-panel next to Cynthia too, but that's already been mentioned)? I'm not sure what it is but I am the first to notice and mention it...
