Hidden Details: Duckfight

Welcome to the one-hundredth-and-seventh episode of the Hidden Details blog!

Have you found some obscure reference or detail in this comic? A JoJo reference? A sneaky little Loss? A callback to a previous comic? Let us know what you've found in the comments! Every detail that has been found will be added to the list below. Once everything has been found, this comic will officially be marked with "all details found".

Link to the comic for your convenience

Please only comment with ONE hidden detail or reference!

There ONE Loss, ONE Balthazar, and NO JoJo reference. Bonus panels don't count.

1: Loss was immediately visible this week. It's on the details of the Great Fox, as pointed out by sadroyalty.
2: The Great Fox has a rearview mirror for some reason. And there's a tree-shaped air freshener hanging from that mirror. Good catch, Luke.
3: Slippy Toad has the famous Froggy Chair from Animal Crossing on his cap. Don't ask me why, other than that they're both frogs, Zanreo.
4: There's once again a little Among Us crewmate visible in this comic. This time it's on Peppy's arm patch in the first panel. Good eye, Carrick RaccoonBro Inabnett.
5: There's tape on Dark Samus' armor. I think you're right, Trigger. My headcanon is that they put it on there to not show the world Dark Samus' true form again.
6: Yep, Master Chief's ID number is going up for some reason, Cameron Devera.
7: Correct Zach, there's a latch called "organic waste" visible in the background of the fourth panel. Whether it's their toilet or not I'm not sure, but it is indeed the same latch the Duck uses to exit the Great Fox.
8: Duck indeed DOES A BARREL ROLL as a reference to Peppy's iconic line, Tejayes!
9: Among the enemies Duck shoots down, there's a Space Invader visible. All other enemies are all actually found in the Corneria level in Star Fox 64 (if my Wiki skills are as good as I think they are), Joseph Pirrone.
10: Where there was a crewmate first, there is now indeed a Balthazar in the final panel, Carlos Mendez!
11: You're right Aris, I consider the smoking gun a hidden detail. I don't think that's possible in Metroid Dread so it shows how much of a badass Duck is.
12: Yep, once again, the Dog is very happy seeing his friends being revived, Erin :)
13: And last but least: John Hattan noticed the very long running gag of Wolf actually still having both of his eyes and just wearing the eyepatch to look cool!

Next week, I'll reveal all the details that haven't been found. These ones are written in italic.

Jake Lyde

Fox wearing a triforce belt buckle.

Richter liked Sora's post, despite saying that they need to take away Sora's phone.

For one of the Duck Hunt Duck’s moves, he tries a somersault.

Supercharged (CEO of 9-Volt)

You've changed some portraits on the Revival Board :)

Foxdoc

Wolf is missing his eyepatch, proving he's once again a big faker

John Hattan

They’ve got a nice little air freshener tree on the front of the ship hanging on the mirror

happy pasta

Peppy’s side patch lookin pretty sus

ColdSlayerxd

The Medals that Master Chief has earned are basically Halo's achievement system.

Pokedude14

if that doesn't count, I suppose we can add that samus' arm cannon is smoking from overuse while lying at her feet in the last panel.

Aris

not sure if it counts as a "hidden" detail but bowser is giving Samus the absolute SMUGGEST of looks in the final panel.

Aris

Dark Samus’ tape is formatted like Loss

T-Dev-CCM

Duck does a barrel roll through the golden ring (well, hexagon, but them's N64 graphics for yah).

Tejayes

Slippy has a froggy chair hat, amongus is on peppy’s arm, loss is on the side of the great fox.

duck hunt is again so happy to see fox, wolf and falco alive! a good boi

Erin

The scream on the first panel is the same Slippy does when the player dies on the 64 game

Roberto Nava

Duck is giving Wolf the sparkles of extra life in the last panel.

Firestorm blade

Balthazar on Peppy's Arm in the last panel

GhostElmo

And that is what Duck uses to leave the ship, I think

Lord Circe

Pixel style Arwing in Peppy's hologram.

Lord Circe

There's a hole for "organic waste" in the fourth panel, aka their toilet.

Zach

Peppy's jacket logo looks rather sus.

Carrick RaccoonBro Inabnett

A space invader gets blown up by the Duck.

Joseph Pirrone

Loss on the side of the ship on the first panel, Hare has amogus on his space suit

I’m not sure if this is a hidden detail, more so an oversight but while Fox and Falco are moving about in the final panel Wolf still seems to be dead and yet in the panel that shows which fighters are alive all three Star Fox characters panels show they are alive. Also Sora needs some time away from his Gummi phone since he keeps taking those kinds of pictures, sorry I had to say it!

Shelby Kinkead

Master Chief’s armor goes to 117, 118, and 119

Cameron Devera

The ship has one of those tree shaped air fresheners hanging from the rear view mirror

Luke

Some adhesive tape was used on Dark Samus' armor in order to avoid another revealing incident perhaps?

Trigger

Slippy has a Froggy Chair hat

Zanreo
