Let's see: The Hero needs to be taken to a church, or one of their party members needs to come by and cast Kazing(Serena learns this). Inklings are found all over the place in Inkopolis, so finding a new set of four shouldn't be too hard. Banjo and Kazooie needed to complete Jinjou Challenges in BK1 to gain an extra life. The Kid Icarus characters and Bayonetta have a few options: the Rewind Spring, retrieving their souls from hell, among others. As far as I'm aware, there is no revival method for Shulk, Pyra and Mythra. But, wait, Shulk has his game's boss that could help, but they'd have a fight to do in the meantime. (If you want more information, ask Chuggaaconroy) And Cloud's Phoenix Down item COULD work, if that's what it actually did. Unfortunately, it just restores an unconscious person, not raises the dead. As for Joker, Sophie sells revival pills that can raise dead characters, but they'd need to ask the Phantom Thieves if they still have her available. Those are the ones in the ??? category that I have ideas for. Take that as you will.

So I just realized, I'm pretty sure there are multiple characters that can be revived in their games by sleeping at camp and Sora can get tents for restoring health in Kingdom Hearts. Have him pitch a tent and put the characters that can be revived in there. Though I admit that's more an efficient choice than a fun one. Still you would need to double check which characters that applies to since it doesn't apply to some you might think it would (like the Dragon Quest Hero can't revive from death through rest. He needs a priest to bring him back to life).
