There is NO JoJo reference, ONE Loss and ONE Balthazar. Bonus panels are not counted.

1: Villager is using a Nook Phone to record the whole ordeal. Good eye, Zanreo.
2: There's black lightning visible in the third frame, indicating the hit would have KO'd Wario.
3: The Hylian on the stage indeed looks like Loss, Zach
4: Wolf's eye is once again shown to be perfectly intact. His eyepatch lifts in the final panel.
5: Villager is among the villains, because we all know he's evil.
6: The little corner of the Temple stage is called Hyrule Fight Club, after a meme from a while ago calling it that. Correct, John Hattan.
7: Balthazar is (barely) visible in the final panel, looking at the other characters. Nicely found, lokomotives.
8: Yep, apparently the current record is 13 seconds of bouncing by Meta Knight and King K. Rool, indicated by the sign in the background of the final panel. Found by Marwan Abunura.
9: Wario is at 999% (the max) damage in the first panel. Found by Toon Draw.
10: Yes Phloxiana, Ridley and Meta Knight are indeed enjoying snacks while watching the show.
11: Wario is using his goggles/helmet on his standard Smash costume as a "safety measure". I'll count it, Screen Name.
