There is NO JoJo reference, ONE Loss and ONE Balthazar.
1: There's a Pikmin chilling in an inflatable tube in the water in the first panel. Found by Marwan Abunura.
2: Balthazar's silhouette is visible in the second panel, watching with Pichu and Pikachu. Glad you found him, John Hattan.
3: Just 'Mr. Game & Watch' is being a referee at the race was enough, Screen Name ;)
4: Peach & Mario are indeed enjoying building stuff and reanacting Romeo & Juliet scenes in the background of the third panel, Luke.
5: That cat in the picture in the panel with Wario and King K. Rool is Fukura, Sakurai's cat, CrazySeanDX.
7: Dedede's face is based on the Pogchamp Twitch emote.
8: King K. Rool had gotten a second crown, just to show off his newfound wealth. Good catch, Zach.
9: King K. Rool's belly armor is now not gold, but diamond! Found by Zanreo.
10: Ganondorf is wearing a dollar sign necklace in the final panel.
11: Wario has stuffed his pockets with gold ingots.
12: The coins in the final panel form a loss.
13: I had no idea, but apparently you need an iron pickaxe to mine gold and diamonds, so it's accurate Steve is using that in the final panel. Thanks for telling me this, Phloxiana.
14: Dedede is being carried by his Waddle Dees, as he does during his entrance animation in Smash. Glad you noticed, Alex Nelson.
After one week, I'll reveal all the details that haven't been found. These ones are written in italic.

That's one of those water measurement thingies you see in office plants, hahaha. Also, I don't count bonus panels for Hidden Details.
