There is ONE Loss, NO Balthazar (kinda?) and ONE JoJo reference.

1: Congrats on your first JoJo reference, Toon Draw. There is indeed a JoJo poster in the background in the final panel.
2: One of the shirts in the first/second panel has the Inkling Loss design, as available in our merch store (plug plug plug). Nice find, George.
3: Same goes for the Wooden Plank logo shirt, although that one is not (yet) available as merch. Found by Lumilias.
4: Molly has apparently settled in nicely! You can see her walk around in the background of the first panel. Found by Eli Hurtt
5: There is indeed a butterfly couple fluttering around in the third panel. Nice catch John Hattan.
6: Yes Phloxiana! That Xenoblade Chronicles Collector's Set is actually on my shelf:

7: Hey, my gaming shelf happens to be arranged pretty well if you ask me, Put 9-Volt In Smash Bros Please. Here's a picture. You can see I tried to somewhat recreate it in the comic.

8: And yes, the flowers in Claude and Dotty's yard indeed match their colours! Found by Daniel Myhre. Here's an actual screenshot of their yard:
