Compared to my average comic, this week's comic wasn't THAT full of hidden details. I tried to slow down a bit since the clue of this comic was wholesomeness and warm emotions. I felt an overabundance of details and jokes would be noise to a sincere comic like this.
But don't worry, there's still plenty of obscure shit here and there. These are all of them:

Of course, I once again used Sakurai's shirt to hide a little reference to a Nintendo franchise. Since this week's theme is Animal Crossing (or Isabelle, to me more precise), I put the New Leaf leaf-icon from Animal Crossing: New Leaf on his shirt.

In this same frame, you can see an invitation to a new fighter lying on Sakurai's desk but I intentionally made it too small to read. You can see it more clearly in the final two panels.

There's a whole bunch of papers on Sakurai's desk, indicating his extreme workload. I snuck in a very small Rihanna reference in there with five mentions of the word "work".

This panel - which is one of my personal favorite panels I've ever drawn - shows Fox and Wolf fighting while on a walk. Everyone who's ever had a dog knows how annoying and frightening fighting dogs can be, so it was a bit traumatizing to draw, but in the end, the sheer absurdness really made me like this panel. My favorite part about this panel is the hidden meaning though: these two canines are fighting. You might even want to call it a dogfight. You know what's also called a dogfight? A battle between two pilots in aircrafts. Say, Arwings, for example. Battles like Fox and Wolf have all the time, in space.
Also, Lucario is casually strolling and carrying a roll of toilet paper and a newspaper, obviously because he plans to take his sweet time doing the business dogs do while on a walk.
Also, Isabelle is a dog herself. I thought a dog walking four other dogs was funny. I was actually inspired to draw this panel because someone on Reddit pointed out there are now five canine fighters in Smash Bros.

To keep up the consistency with the other parts of the Everyone is Home series, I once again showed the door to Pichu's room. Apparently, Pichu is causing a bit of trouble by constantly changing his name on the door to Blackrose, even when Sakurai (or Isabelle?) changes it back to Pichu.

Among the "weapons" Isabelle is polishing, there's a very shiny and clean Grapple Snake (Lucas' weapon) and a Pikmin (Olimar/Alph's weapon). There's also a boot and a glove belonging to Captain Falcon, since Captain Falcon doesn't have any weapons, but still performs some of the most iconic moves in the game, like his forward air (the knee) and his Falcon Punch.
Here's a quick list of the other weapons, in case you want to know the identity of one you don't recognize:
(From left to right)
Yato (Corrin, Fire Emblem)
Mega Buster (Mega Man, Mega Man)
Buster Sword (Cloud Strife, Final Fantasy)
Monado (Shulk, Xenoblade Chronicles)
Master Sword (Link, the Legend of Zelda)
Vampire Killer (Simon/Richter Belmont, Castlevania)
Little Mac's boxing gloves (Little Mac, PunchOut!)
Arm Cannon (Samus, Metroid)
Ice Climber's hammer (Ice Climbers, Ice Climber)
Levin Sword (Robin, Fire Emblem)
Falchion (Marth, Fire Emblem)

Waluigi is apparently gettin very cunning with this schemes to become part of the Smash Bros roster. Today, he tried to sneak into the house by posing as a tennis equipment salesman. You can still see his fake moustache, glasses and his kit on the ground.

And finally, the letter that was visible in the first panel is a lot more clear in the final two panels. It reads "Incineroar". Because I'm pretty sure Incineroar is going to be another newcomer. Four weeks ago, when I made the first Everyone is Home comic, I had Sakurai tell the group there was a reveal trailer coming for a character that started with an I. That turned out to be Isabelle. I wish I could tell you I have some inside information in regards to newcomers in Ultimate, but that was just a lucky guess. Among Isabelle, Incineroar and Isaac as rumoured newcomers, it was a very safe bet to say the next newcomer started with an I.
I'm taking a less careful approach this week, though. Incineroar is the next fighter to be revealed, mark my words. I only think this because Vergeben, a German leaker, has been pretty spot on with his claims so far, and he says Incineroar is in. Whether I like Incineroar in Smash is another story which I'll safe for a next time, by the way. (Spoiler: I DON'T!)
Cheers!

PS: Did you notice Isabelle speech bubbles look like Animal Crossing: New Leaf's dialogue bubbles, by the way?
