The effort was not totally in vain. While Faye was not able to out power Becky, she was able to switch her grip and shift her footing. She then managed to slide her arm around and secure in a side headlock. Knowing this advantage would not last long, she immediately dropped to her knees in the hopes of pulling her foe down with her. Becky was not expecting such a burst of energy and strength from her opponent. She had to begrudgingly admit that she had been caught off guard. Still, she had no intentions of letting things continue in this way. It was not the purple haired warrior's first rodeo and she knew what needed to be done to regain control. Rather than falling to her own knees, she spread her legs and braced herself. This was an effective tactic and caused Faye to slip in the oil due to her own momentum. She almost completely lost her grip, but barely kept hold with one arm. That was all the opening that Becky needed though. Slipping her own arm around Faye’s neck, she returned the favor with a headlock of her own. With her free hand, she applied even further pressure with a tight grip to her opponent’s throat. The farm girl gasped, but was not ready to give up the hold just yet. She tried to double down on her own grip, but was finding Becky’s strength too much.
