Sunday's extra: only pecs
Added 2026-01-11 05:00:05 +0000 UTCA little pecs focus extra. Which basically means no boobs.
Still feel pecs aren't my forte and tried different things here.
I really think upper body and side view are the ones working really better if you want to really focus on them.
