The Alexandria Archives Stories
Added 2025-03-28 20:00:11 +0000 UTC
While adding older episodes of the podcast to the Patreon feed this week, I thought I'd quickly stitch together and add a compilation of three stories you likely have already heard--these were written and performed some time ago for the funky and creative Alexandria Archives podcast. I've re-recorded the first two but the text remains the same.
Q & A With a Vampire Killer - 00:00
Outcall - 19:08
Paranormal Appraisal 151 (with Amy Paonessa of The Bloodlust) - 35:10
Going to "Collections" and then "Episodes" now should bring up a lot more of the KH archives.
Also attached for stowing away in your attic are the Evil Dead-inspired radio play I did a few years ago (also starring Amy Paonessa), and the newly updated podcast transcript PDFs (which I could have sworn I posted recently, but now see no sign of... am I going insane? Why yes, yes I am!).
See you in a little while with postmarks...

This foggy scene struck me as kind of spooky when I came across it while driving. I'm fairly sure the speeding ambulance behind me did not mind me stopping right in the middle of the road to grab a picture.
Pretty good!

I need more Soren and Amy collabs. I know we’ve had plenty of Amy in the past but it’s never enough. She has such a great voice.

Love these stories - particularly the vampire killer. Thanks for the new work, Soren!
I’ve got the kids over at my mom’s in cold and rainy Manchester by the Sea today, small fire in the open fireplace. Just sprawled out on the couch listening. Really couldn’t ask for a better Sunday afternoon.

It’s cold and misty here by the Jersey Shore, and I’m about to make a giant pot of beef bourgignon and now I get to listen to THREE stories? Life is good. Thank you for this! Cookin’ with Soren!

Thanks for these. I too like buddhapugz needed this today. Have you added “eyes” from The Beacon Jar on here and I just can’t find it? Really like that story and your narration of it.

That foggy scene is spooky. I imagine the sole inhabitant of that little cabin hanged himself from the tree.

All these goodies! Thanks Soren! Look at that spooky stop. Don’t get out of the car. That’s the kind of place you’re bound to be spirited away.
