Time of the Essence: Rules Development Doc!

Yesterday I figured that the 30+ pages of pencil notes and diagrams on my notebook doesn't exactly allow me to share much of the process with you - and that trying to do layout for everything was putting way too much pressure on me (it's a tough period, with plenty of work and very little sleep/rest).
So I decided to start a Google Doc for Time of the Essence, where I can show you the direction of the ruleset without worrying too much about making it look pretty :)
